From all the news I read all over the Internet, the upcoming Apple IPad2 2011 would be an awesome gadget to have. Yes, it’s not a compulsory gadget for todays technology’s world like the mobile phone or the computer. Of course, the mobile phone and the computer is a compulsory in our live today. Who don’t have these two things is a freak. Okay, do not bomb me. I just telling from I point of view. Off course you have your own view.
Apple will launch the IPad 2, on March 11 in the US, while 26 more overseas countries on March 25th. Claimed better then the old IPad, the new IPad 2 would have a better, faster and low power usage dual-core 1GHz A5 CPU with 512MB RAM. It also comes with 2 cameras, rear and front, for video recording, taking photos and FaceTime video chat.
I thought the old IPad, was already very thin but the new IPad 2 is thinner. It is only 8.8mm thick. And the weight is only 1.3 pounds which is lighter from the previous IPad 1.5 pound.
Alhought coming with better specs, the starting price is the same which is $499 for the entry-level 16GB storage Wi-Fi-only model.The iPad 2 also has a new HDMI-out feature and a “Smart Cover” magnetic case that was designed alongside the new iPad.
From the specs and form factors I think IPad 2 would be a better choice then it’s competitors such as Google’s Android 3.0 on the Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy Tab, HP’s webOS tablet, or BlackBerry’s new QNX PlayBook. Just my thought
